Please Note the Following:

The cost is $150 for the six week course (GST\PST are included in all prices)

All dogs must be appropriately vaccinated

Enrollment is 1st come 1st serve basis and confirmation will be made upon receipt of your registration and payment. Class size is limited.

Return the bottom portion of the form completed and signed, with your cheque dated for the first day of class, and made payable to Susan Gillett (Positive Canine) 251 Mitchell St, Chateauguay, QC J6J 2E9

The First Night:

Bring the dog, plain buckle collar, no flexible leads, soft (easy to break) treats and comfortable shoes.
